Campaign Description

Men's Health Week is an annual international awareness campaign that encourages men and boys to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The campaign raises awareness of preventable health conditions, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, encourages regular health check-ups and early detection of disease, and advocates for improved access to health services that address the unique health needs of men and boys.

Theme Focus

The 2026 theme, "One Step at a Time," encourages men to focus on making small, practical, and sustainable changes to improve their health rather than striving for perfection. The campaign emphasizes that consistent, achievable actions—such as becoming more physically active, eating healthier, attending routine health screenings, supporting mental well-being, and seeking help early when needed—can lead to meaningful long-term improvements in overall health and quality of life.
